Job Title : Machine Learning Lead
Location : Bangalore (100% onsite)

We are looking for a Machine Learning Lead to spearhead the development and innovation of our agentic AI platform. This role involves a blend of engineering, ML research, team leadership, and product contribution, focused on building cutting-edge autonomous systems.
Areas of Technical Work:
- LLM-based Agentic Systems for autonomous workflow execution
- Evaluation, Monitoring, Observability, and MLOps for production-grade AI
- LLM-driven Multilingual Language Understanding and Dialogue Management
- Decision Modeling and Optimization for agent interactions
- ML Systems Design and Infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Formulate, architect, and oversee the development of agentic AI capabilities and the
- underlying ML platform
- Lead and mentor ML Engineers, driving RD towards production solutions
- Implement and champion MLOps for robust, monitored, and scalable ML systems
- Collaborate with PMs to define and deliver ML features agentic workflows
- Lead technical design reviews and research discussions to drive innovation/quality
Requirements:
- 5+ years of industrial experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning
- Proven experience leading technical teams
- Strong experience with LLMs and practical exposure to building agentic AI systems and
- complex ML workflows
- Solid understanding and exp. with MLOps practices (evaluation, monitoring, deployment)
- Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of computer science (probability,
- statistics, algorithms, software architecture)
- Git portfolios, publications, or blogs showcasing relevant work are helpful
