Visual Quality Auditor-MarketplacePosition Summary:
The executive will enhance the Catalog experience with constant analysis and improvisations based on international and Indian Fashion trends.
To have constant touch base with sellers for catalog improvisations and create a roadmap for the same to enhance the overall Catalog quality to ensure our commitment to WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) and adherence to our top notch Catalog experience for customers.Roles responsibilities
Checking and analysing the quality of the image in terms of styling, photography and editing keeping the market trends in mind
Sharing real time feedback and Co-ordinate with brand and implement catalog changes based on imagery, content and sizing as per market trends.
Update MIS and share analysis reports with external and internal stakeholders.
Identify the scope of process improvement and implement a project on the sameDesired Skills and Experience
Deep understanding of fashion attributes and trends
Knowledge of different imagery-related parameters
Attention to detail and the ability to identify gaps
Awareness of Imagery guidelines as per Myntra standards and latest e-commerce trends.
Should have the ability to come up with a solution/suggestion for improvement at the process level.
Advanced Excel skills (Navigating through large data sets, VLookup, Pivot, Data representation on Excel)
Good Verbal and Written communication
Excellent management and presentation skills
Should be updated with the international and Indian fashion trends.
Must be Data-Driven.
Can be from Fashion Institute (NIFT preferred but not mandatory) or with relevant experience from fashion ecommerce.
