Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Lead, Plan, Design, Control and Execute Landscape, Irrigation and associated works ( like water fountains, lightings, hardscape, nursery, etc) for BHOGAPURAM Airport ( Terminals / Landside/ Airside / other buildings) premises thereby improving airport ambience and providing sustainable world class experience to passengers and other stakeholders including commercial property developers apart from various integration of huge ALD area, new road alignment near FBO, Corporate offices, Project area area etc.

Key Performance Indicators
Erection of new modern plant nursery along with all the associated facilities: Following it up with master planning and SAC team for the new location of the nursery and its NOC from all the stakeholders including AAI.
Floating of tender and award of contract on time
Landscape development works at new road alignment: Preparation of new landscape design with all the features of soft and hardscapes, automatic irrigation system, water features, Landscape lightings etc. Execution of the entire work with appropriate sequencing and phasing,
Quality product delivery within timeline and cost Landscape management at Sr. management guest houses: Planning and preparing a strict schedules of daily, monthly and annual operation based on seasonal requirement. Ensuring implementation of special landscape design and features as per the direction of Sr. management
Monthly review of the work performance and check list

Operation and supervision of Organic farming for Guest houses
- Planning plantation schedules of various vegetables in line with management s direction.
Arrangement of all agri inputs especially required for organic farming such as organic seeds, organic fertilizers, vermi compost, butter milk, jaggery, neem cake, neem oil etc.

Horticulture Nursery management and its operation (largest corporate nursery in India)
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Regular interactions with OEMs like M/s Hunter (USA), Grundfos, Astral, KSR Brothers, Jain Irrigation, Toro machineries, etc
Interaction with CISF for necessary approval & safety compliance related to Indoor and external landscape maintenance works
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Interaction with electrical department for the un-interrupted power supply required for all water features, Irrigation pumping sets and lighting arrangements at PTB
Regular coordination with external utilities for the availability of treated water for the irrigation of entire landscape area and water features top-up. Regular interaction with the landside and city side security team for any new development or intervention works in the landscape area Coordination with Commercial department for the advertisement board display in the landscape area
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Execution of the Landscape, Irrigation, water features, hardscape, lighting & other associated works under Phase 3 A, FBO, ALD second phase, modification at north VIP area
Management of various landscape & Irrigation packages such as external &, Internal landscape maintenance works, O & M of Irrigation system and water features, Nursery management, flower arrangement with total AOP plan.
OTHER DIMENSIONS
Leading and interacting with 300 nos. of manpower consisting Horticulture specialists, Engineers, supervisors, managers, technician, executive and gardeners etc. as per the following.
GVIAL Landscape team : 6 nos + 3 nos. ( Proposed Expansion)
With the increased new projects at Phase 3 A, ALD and Phase 3 A, above numbers shall get approx. doubled
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualification required: Graduate in Agriculture/ Agricultural Engineering.
Desired : Masters in Agriculture/ Agricultural Engineering. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
20+ years of very wide and extensive works experience in the field of Landscape, Irrigation, hardscape, water features, landscape lightings, nursery management with respect to the large scale new development projects and their Operation and maintenance.
