Job Description

This role rests within the Central Planning and Analytics, part of the Marketing function of Myntra.

Roles & Responsibilities

Own and Manage all aspects of Insights & reporting for Performance Marketing .
Using data to drive analytical projects across all complexity levels and to generate key business insights & recommendations to enable decision making
Monitor perf spends along with other business KPI & deep-dive analyses for problem-solving sessions will also be a key part of the role
Ownership of attribution logic and reporting for easy consumption of insights for senior and middle management
Evangelizing and operationalizing the analytical solutions for usage across the team

Skills & Experience

Should have a minimum career break of 6 months, at present
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with appreciation for math and technical skill
Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience as Data/Business Analyst in the E-Commerce domain would be preferred
Highly proficient in use of Excel, SQL & basic Python
Efficient project and stakeholder management skills. Should have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines
Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple projects
Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal

Qualifications

B Tech/BE or equivalent from a reputed college
