Lead UI & Interaction Designer @ Myntra

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-obsessed Lead UI and Interaction Designer to
help craft intuitive, beautiful, and scalable product experiences. In this role, you ll drive the visual
and interaction language for Myntra s consumer-facing platforms (app web), working closely
with product designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to elevate our user
experiences. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end visual design and interaction design for key product initiatives across
platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and visual language that aligns with
Myntra s brand and user needs.
Design thoughtful interactions and micro-interactions that enhance usability and delight
users.
Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, engineers, and product managers
to conceptualize and implement effective UI solutions.
Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, motion/animation specs, and
production-ready assets.
Review and provide feedback on implementation, ensuring pixel-perfect design quality.
Contribute to UX strategy and participate in design critiques and cross-functional workshops. What We re Looking For
5+ years of experience in UI and interaction design for digital products, preferably in
high-scale consumer platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual storytelling, user interface design,
motion design, and interaction patterns.
Deep understanding of design systems, responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first
principles.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects (or Lottie for motion), and
prototyping tools.
Passion for visual craft, detail, and consistency.
Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and user experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce or fashion/lifestyle platforms.
Familiarity with frontend development practices or motion design tools.
