Job Title: Assistant Manager Human Resources Location: Hyderabad Experience: 4-6 Years Industry: BPO / KPO / Shared Services
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations for a BPO unit, including onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
Drive and manage bulk hiring with a focus on voice and non-voice processes.
Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and support disciplinary actions.
Manage HRMS data and ensure timely updates of employee records.
Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and MIS for leadership review.
Drive retention, R&R, and employee engagement programs to boost morale and performance.
Support compliance audits and ensure labor law adherence.
Coach and guide a small HR team or executive-level staff.
Key Requirements:
Mandatory BPO experience in a core HR generalist or HRBP role.
Proven ability in handling large teams and fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
