The process involves resolving employee quires on payroll, leave management, interview, recruitment, absent management, and other HR quires.

It is not a non voice process. Its is a HR Back end domain related process, were you need to work on one of the HR related department and speak to the employees on the same.

Process Name: HR Back endProfile(Voice Process) profile
Shift Timings: Rotational shift / Off
Work Location: Bangalore
Salary Package: 3.5 Lpa - 4.4 Lpa + incentives
Rounds of Interviews: HR round / Voice & Accent / Manager Round / Versant
Graduate Qualifications: Any Graduates / Post Graduates can apply
Experience Needed: Minimum 1 year of Experience in International BPO / Call Center / Client Servicing / Customer Service / Technical Support / Marketing / Sales / KPO / ITES or any other relevant domain can apply.

PREFERABLE LOOKING OUT FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

Required Candidate profile

Must be a Graduate.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be verbally good.
Experience in international bpo/call center is preferable
