Job Description

Role : CCTV Monitoring Executive

Required Technical Skill Set : Basic knowledge of computer networking & MS Office

No of Requirements : 1200 nos for upcoming Exam on 3rd August

Desired Experience Range : Freshers upto 3 Years

Location of Requirement : Multi location - Pan India

Must-Have

Qualification:

1. Graduate (Non-Engineering) with min 1 Year Diploma course in IT Hardware & Networking.
2. 3 Years Diploma ECE / IT
3. Graduate in Science - BSc - Phy , BSc IT / Networking

Basic knowledge on computer Network & Hardware.

Self-motivated and ready to work extended hours

Good-to-Have hands-on experience in IT hardware / Network background

On field work need to visit and work closely with Test center staffs

Strong communication skills

Responsibilities :

• Closely monitoring the CCTV cameras of the respective center / location as assigned by the Team Leader using the standard checklist.
• Follow the standard process of notifying in the event of any non-compliances / suspicious activity observed with details to the center manager / reporting manager.
• Daily check for the health status of the CCTV / surveillance system, DVR/NAS devices and cameras installed at the location and maintain record for the same.
• Timely identification of any faults in CCTV surveillance system and ensure that the fault is fixed within TAT at assigned locations.
• Maintain the track of the CCTV Surveillance Data, Copy it in external Storage devices on daily basis.
