Accounts Executive And Data Entry Operator @ Starlit Shipping

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
• Handle GST filing, TDS, invoice generation, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain ledgers and assist in preparing financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and documentation support.
• Support the senior accountant in audits and monthly closures.
• Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for accounting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com or related degree in Commerce/Accounting.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with GST and TDS calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.
