Job Description
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales teams to secure design wins at customers. Enable development and growth of ZL product features through customer feedback and PoC evaluations
- Be accountable for the success, quality, and delivery of AI/ Machine Learning components.
- Act as a problem solver to address organizational and process challenges, leveraging technical expertise to bridge gaps, streamline operations, and facilitate smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI and Data Engineering trends and apply this expertise to improve team performance and product quality.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in software development.
- Own problems end-to-end, and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you re missing to get the job done.
- Have the ability to move fast in an environment where things are sometimes loosely defined and may have competing priorities or deadline.
- Enjoy collaborating with teams across the organization such as Engineering/Research, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Effective verbal/written communication, and technical presentation skills.
- Self-starter with passion for growth, enthusiasm for continuous learning and sharing findings across the team.
- PhD or master s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or other relevant disciplines.
- 10+ years of experience working in AI/ML (ideally with vector databases) with production experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in products.
