Designation: Business Analyst/Solution Architect

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Demonstration of implementations to stakeholders and document the feedback for change requests.
• Develop detailed documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, solution design documents, and process flows.
• Design innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements and align with technology standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, project managers) to ensure seamless implementation and integration of solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market needs.
• Plan and prioritize product features and enhancement based on business value.
• Work with designers and developers to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase, including testing, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide consultancy to stakeholders on best practices and solutions.

Requirements and skills

• 2-3 years of experience as Salesforce QA/BA/Solutioning
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
• Must be familiar with different AppExchange products, added benefit if worked on any salesforce product in the past.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in creating detailed documentation such as BRDs, functional specifications, and solution design documents
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Should have strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities

Qualification

• Any bachelor s or master s degree in a technical field, with additional preference given to those who have completed Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, TOGAF)
