Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a movated and experienced Scrum Lead to join ZL Engg PMO group. As a Scrum Master,
you will be responsible for ensuring that the Scrum framework is understood and enacted. Youll coach
and guide teams to deliver high-quality product eciently while fostering a culture of collaboraon and
connuous improvement.
Key Responsibilies: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and
Retrospecves.
Support and coach the development team, Product Owner, and organizaon in Agile best
pracces.
Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them, enabling a smooth workow.
Track team progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, etc.
Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture with a focus on connuous improvement.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters / Project Managers and Development Leads to improve
coordinaon.
Ensure proper use of Agile tools like Jira, Conuence.
Communicate eecvely with stakeholders to ensure transparency around team performance and delivery.

Required Qualicaons:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related eld.
5+ years of experience in software development or IT, with 2+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile
Lead role.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, pracces, and frameworks.
Scrum Master cercaon (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Experience working with distributed/global teams.
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Excellent communicaon, facilitaon, and interpersonal skills.
