Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Delivery/Presales Lead to drive our ServiceNow business growth, engage with customers, and deliver compelling presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present solutions effectively to senior stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead customer engagements, understand business requirements, and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

  • Deliver impactful presentations and oral proposals to clients, demonstrating expertise in ServiceNow capabilities.

  • Act as a thought leader in the ServiceNow ecosystem, influencing strategy and solution design.

  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to drive opportunities and expand business.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the delivery team, ensuring successful project execution.

  • Engage in executive-level discussions, aligning ServiceNow solutions with business objectives.

  • Support RFP responses, proposal development, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.

  • Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, product roadmaps, and industry trends.


Required Skills & Experience:



  • 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow.

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.

  • Proven ability to lead customer-facing engagements and deliver compelling presentations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in orals and executive presentations.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to map ServiceNow capabilities to business needs.

  • Experience in pre-sales, RFP responses, and proposal writing.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one additional certification (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM) preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus in complex environments.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects.

  • Thought leadership through blogs, webinars, or speaking engagements in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
