    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and support to our customers. As a Customer Support representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

    With an annual salary of 3,00,000, this full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations including Mumbai City, Bangalore, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. We are looking for candidates with a range of experience, from fresh graduates to those with up to 3 years of experience in customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
    • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
    • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
    • Work on rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 customer support availability.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in using computers and customer support software.
    • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory.
