Job Description

 
The Lead Marketing Manager will play a key role in building awareness and desire for our mobile games store among game developers and players. This position involves leading marketing and user acquisition efforts, ensuring robust growth for our platform. It is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of performance marketing, brand management, PR management, and communication strategies. This position serves as the leader of the marketing team and holds full responsibility for the performance of the marketing team
[Responsibilities]
  1. Marketing Leadership:
    1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the mobile games store to both developers and players.
    2. Design campaigns that effectively build the platform s brand and drive user engagement.
  2. User Acquisition:
    1. Lead user acquisition initiatives to grow the platform s user base, focusing on performance-driven campaigns.
    2. Identify and optimize acquisition channels to achieve scalable growth.
  3. Developer Engagement:
    1. Build awareness and desire among game developers to onboard their games onto the platform.
    2. Collaborate with internal teams to create resources and campaigns that resonate with the developer community.
  4. Brand Management:
    1. Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity for the mobile games store.
    2. Ensure all communications align with the company s values and branding guidelines.
  5. Public Relations and Communication Strategy:
    1. Manage PR activities to elevate the platform s visibility and reputation in the industry.
    2. Craft and deliver clear, compelling messages across various communication channels.
  6. Performance Analysis:
    1. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, acquisition strategies, and PR efforts.
    2. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve ongoing and future initiatives.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with the product, development, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with overall platform goals.
    2. Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
[ Requirements]
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in performance marketing, brand management, PR, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and platform growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
[Preferred Qualifications]
  • Experience with mobile app marketing and user acquisition.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
