To drive the sales of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions by identifying and closing new project opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding the customer base in Maharashtra and adjoining regions. The role requires hands-on experience in the construction/industrial sales sector with a focus on steel buildings or infrastructure.
2. Key Responsibilities
Responsibility
Lead Generation
Identify and develop leads from online portals, industry events, referrals, consultants, architects, and construction networks.
Client Meetings
Conduct regular meetings with prospective clients (contractors, developers, factories, architects) to understand requirements.
Proposal Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimation) to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Order Closure
Negotiate contracts and close orders by meeting client expectations on pricing, quality, and timelines.
Market Research
Track competitors, pricing trends, and upcoming infrastructure and industrial projects in the assigned region.
CRM and Reporting
Update all interactions and leads in CRM, provide weekly funnel reports, order conversion data, and MIS.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work with the detailing, production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
