1.Minimum 12-15 years of experience in service management or infrastructure management
2.10+ years working experience on ESM Tools
3.Good working Experience in tools like SolarWinds, Zabbix , Splunk, PRTG, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, Amazon CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Infra, APM Monitoring and Observability.
4.Working experience and troubleshooting knowledge in SNMP, WBEM /WMI and Monitoring agents.
5.Knowledge in MIB s , OID s and WMI performance counters
6.Knowledge in Metrics, Traces and Log Ingestion
7.Knowledge in E2E Implementation and integration with 3rd party tools like SNOW, PagerDuty.
8.Basic knowledge in scripting (SQL Query and PowerShell) for customize monitor template creation and report writer
9.Knowledge in Event management and Capacity management
10.Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis
11.Experience with scripting in UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments
12.Should possess work experience on migration/upgradation ESM tools Projects
13.Identify Service Improvement Area and Implement in Production infrastructure
14.Good knowledge of business continuity planning and disaster recovery practices
15.Must have excellent communication skills
16.Flexible to work on shifts.
17.Thorough understanding of ITIL process
