Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented C# Developer with up to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Youll play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing scalable, high-performance systems. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment where youll collaborate with both technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance backend systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with global teams across technology and business functions to deliver quality solutions
• Participate in the full development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Troubleshoot and provide support for existing applications in production
• Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Drive improvements through automation and modern tooling

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of C# and server-side programming principles
• Hands-on experience in building robust applications using .NET technologies
• Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular, React, or Knockout)
• Solid understanding and experience in working with SQL / PL SQL databases
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns, with the ability to apply them appropriately
• Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP
• Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI) practices
• A strong sense of ownership, innovation, and commitment to quality
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business and technical problems
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Experience mentoring junior developers and working closely with senior engineers.
