Monitor, maintain and support software product teamsImplement, maintain and support CI/CD pipelines and processes for on - premises and cloud computing infrastructure used day - to - day by the R&D organization for the development, configuration, and delivery of commercial software solutionsActively contribute to improve R&D operational processesInvestigate emerging and existing development technologies that can be leveraged to improve software operation/development efficiencyGeneral knowledge of traditional network, firewalls and load balancersGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood technical documentation skills; workflows and support documentation
