Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. This role is focused on leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including AWS cloud services, Generative AI (Gen AI), the Bedrock and the Agentic framework. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on Gen AI.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a deep understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with relevant frameworks and libraries (eg, React, Node.js, Django, Flask).
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), text generation, and image generation models.
- Proven expertise in integrating and deploying Gen AI models into application stacks, ensuring optimal performance and seamless user experiences.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Amazon Bedrock framework and its ecosystem.
- Familiarity with agentic systems, the Agentic framework, and its application in building intelligent and autonomous software agents.
- Experience with containerization technologies (eg, Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native architectures on AWS.
- Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including text generation, language understanding, and sentiment analysis.
- Understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in the development and deployment of Gen AI systems.
- Familiarity with techniques for improving the safety and reliability of Gen AI models, such as prompt engineering, constitutional AI, and reinforcement learning.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate effectively with other cross-platform team members and product teams to create efficient interfaces and styles.
- Strong ability to visualize UI requirements and workflows.
- Demonstrates initiative, thoroughness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Exhibits good learning agility.
- Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven architectures on AWS.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems is a plus.
- Understanding of agentic AI and its potential applications in various domains.
