Job Description

         Role Description - Sr. Business Development Associate:

  • Manage all aspects of marketing and sales campaigns including working on scripts and streamlining lead generating activities
  • Responsible for developing new business opportunities by facilitating SME discussions/one on one presentation / conference calls / Webinars
  • Responsible throughout various stages of sales cycle, from lead generation to drive strategic sales results
  • To initiate and develop high level relationships to engage directly with C-level executives at organizations
  • Involved in E-mail Campaigns, Cold Calling, prospect qualification, exploring and closing all revenue opportunities
  • Identification of potential leads, product line & profiling of prospecting companies
  • Complete responsibility for the lead generation cycle from identification, information collation, qualification, contact, interest generation up to prospect conversion
  • Analyze customer needs in terms of current business challenges, identify opportunities and potential solutions
  • Updating call logs/tasks on CRM systems such as SugarCRM for tracking prospects, leads and opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining a database and activity history of current and future customers
  • Supporting sales campaigns for onsite sales teams
  • Establishing and maintaining good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
  • Supporting activities that contribute to the overall success of the Sales Team
  • Connecting with Account Managers heading specific campaigns/regions to plan 'Calling Campaigns' and to provide updates on the progress of each campaign
  • Working on Campaign Reports, Campaign Metrics, Statistics Reports & Lead Reports for tracking campaigns
  • Quickly adapt to learning new technologies

Team Management:

  • Create and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues
  • Ensure clear communication with colleagues and sales team
  • Work in a flexible manner, adapting to changing demands of the Sales Team to manage multiple campaigns, fluctuations in workload

Qualification:

  • B-Tech/Degree
  • MBA a plus point
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in Inside Sales Role for US Market
  • 3-5 years experience in Technology Inside Sales, a plus point
  • Willing to work in US Shift
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
