Job Overview Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Digital Rights Database : Keep accurate records of licenses, permissions, and usage restrictions.
- Monitor Digital Content : Oversee online platforms to detect unauthorized use or copyright violations.
- Manage Copyright Claims : Investigate infringement cases and collaborate with legal teams to resolve disputes.
- Negotiate Rights : Secure necessary permissions for third-party content usage.
- Educate Teams : Train internal staff on copyright compliance and best practices in digital rights management.
- Develop DRM Policies : Create and update policies to align with evolving digital content regulations.
- Reporting Compliance Tracking : Maintain metrics related to digital rights and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Implement DRM Technologies : Work with encryption, watermarking, and anti-tampering technologies to protect digital assets.
