TITLE: IT Lead - Information Technology Engineer

Location: Silvassa / DNH

Specific Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing IT infrastructure and smooth IT operations of plant.
• Hands on knowledge on managing networking components like core switch, L2 switch, router and data center.
• Troubleshooting of networking components and resolve technical issues and manage Vlan and firewall.
• Works on more than 300+ user environment and resolve day today issues related to network, IT systems.
• Working with IT policy of organization and adhere to IT standards and rules.
• Perform IT audit ISO 27001:2013 activity & Cybersecurity audit at plant.
• Manage various enterprise applications and understand user requirement, capture in document & design reports and do UAT and perform go live.
• Give SAP L1 level support to users with help from SAP team
• Manage barcode system, printers, and HHT.
• Actively engage in on going IT projects, execute and provide solution.
• Manage all IT equipments and applications inside plant
• This role will be supported by set of external service providers for IT infra issues hence vendor and team management skill is required

Qualifications

• BE/B Tech in IT or BSC / BCA/MCA from reputed college
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Project management capabilities and ability to work in team.
• Experience of 5+ years in the IT Infrastructure domain
• CCNA/CCNP certification will be added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written knowledge on English is required
