Associate & Senior Business Developer -Solar & Wind Projects @ Engie

Deliver growth and asset rotation objective in compliance with existing Business Development procedure, strategy, and Groups investment criteria in the geography.

Key Accountabilities / deliverables

• Responsible in the growth of business development activities in renewables together with a team managing related commercial functions like procurement and predevelopment activities.
• Maintain in depth knowledge of all Business Development activities and regulatory space in India through active engagement with various stakeholders in the country.

Internal documentation and approvals of projects

oEnsure compliance and contribute to the smooth approval process.
oReview, validate and signoff all Business Development projects documentation.
oPresent and defend project on behalf of India at AMEA and Group level.
oPost FC or close of acquisition, organize handover.

Analyze and present business/project loss case and draw conclusions and learning for future development.
Lead various agreements Connectivity and ISTS sharing.
Do the strategic analysis of the ISTS network margins and securing the connectivity while also supporting the project development team for preliminary DD, in line with BD strategy.
Selection and high-level management of partners, contractors, customers, off-takers, regulators, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
