DESCRIPTION:
We are searching for a professional and courteous IT Project Delivery Manager with great people skills to help our business prioritize existing customers and bring new clients on board. The IT Project Delivery Manager will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with management, updating client details, developing customer service policies, training junior team members, and recommending different product options to clients. Your dedication to the needs of our clients will encourage client loyalty and enhance our organizations growth through positive client-to-business engagement.
To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should have worked on handling IT projects end-to-end, demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness, and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment. The noteworthy IT Project Delivery Manager or AVP should provide timely solutions to clients problems by coordinating with different stakeholders involved in the project, build sustainable and continuous relationships with clients, show initiative and drive when dealing with client requests, and assist in developing marketing material and sales strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling multiple simultaneous projects for current and potential AIS clients, end-to-end.
- High level of expertise in all Data and Unsecured products and services.
- Highly effective communications with clients and staff.
- 100% success rate on the file delivery to all the customers.
- Ensure all SLAs with regards to the products and services delivery are met.
- Inspiring repeat business from clients.
- Implement staffing and business plans to achieve business targets. Develop & grow the employees and enable them to meet their key performance indicators.
- Conducting customer service workshops and presentations. Lead the monthly business reviews with the clients.
- Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction.
- Liaising with different departments about client queries.
- Offering advice to clients on services and products.
- Developing surveys and capturing client information.
- Participating in marketing campaigns.
- Dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: YES
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in a manager role, interacting with clients in FinTech or other related industries.
- candidate should have experience handling projects including SDLC, Product Enhancement and Data Analytics.
