Role: HTML Developer Location: Mumbai/Hybrid About The Role- As the only company exclusively designing, building, and running in-house marketing agencies, OLIVER holds a unique position in the market. The HTML developer will be responsible for building and broadcasting high-performing CRM programs. Bringing strong email developer expertise, the candidate will deliver best-in-class CRM communications, working on projects from briefing through to activation as part of a multi-disciplinary team including creative, strategy, and delivery. You'll be a well-rounded practitioner, comfortable working within existing processes and seizing the opportunity to build new solutions and ways of working for new briefs. Responsibilities include: - Populating, developing, and building responsive/modular HTML emails. - Performing cross-client testing. - Developing personalized emails using live/dynamic content, integrated web content, APIs, and 3rd party apps. - Adhering to delivery schedules and deadlines for all communications. - Collaborating with the team and reporting to key stakeholders/cross-functional teams to consistently deliver quality communications that support business objectives. - Providing best practice direction and solutions to email and app campaign challenges. - Identifying and promoting opportunities for more engaging or interactive emails using the latest techniques and third-party platforms. - Addressing email campaign performance, technical issues, or insights and feeding back into the team. - Supporting the implementation of new automated email initiatives. - Seeking opportunities for improvement in design, development, and process to evolve the email offering. - Acting as a subject matter expert to the team and clients when appropriate in a collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed.
