International Call Center Representative @ Wroots Global

Job Description

We are hiring for International Voice Process roles. If you have excellent communication skills and are passionate about customer interaction, this is the right opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
Provide support and resolve customer queries effectively
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Follow process workflows and compliance guideline
Work in US/UK/AUS shift timings as per business requirements

Key Skills:
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in international BPO is a plus (for experienced profiles)

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Immediate joiners preferred
Should be comfortable with night shifts

Salary:
Up to 6LPA in+ Incentives + Night Shift Allowance
