Job Description

As a Manager at Solar Business, located in Maharashtra, India, you will play a crucial role in analyzing meteorological data to identify wind resource patterns, conducting site assessments, and utilizing specialized software tools for wind flow simulation. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, processing, and analyzing historical wind speed and direction measurements to assess the wind resource at potential project sites. You will also conduct on-site visits to evaluate topography and terrain, analyze site suitability for wind turbines, and estimate energy yield. Utilizing specialized software tools, you will simulate wind flow, predict wind resource potential, and generate reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication of technical information to stakeholders, and integrating wind resource data into project design are essential aspects of this role. Continuous monitoring of operational wind farms for validation of wind resource predictions, staying updated with industry trends, and technological advancements are key responsibilities. As a qualified candidate, you should hold a Graduate degree with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate integration of wind resource data into project development plans and providing recommendations based on your analysis.,
