About the Role As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will lead the team in converting ideas into visually appealing tangible outcomes, with a strong focus on both animation and UX design. You will leverage your experience in conducting research, designing interfaces, creating animations, and producing videos to deliver best-in-class digital experiences and multimedia content. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into compelling designs and animations. Responsibilities include Creating professional and innovative videos, including motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and interactive multimedia presentations Storyboarding and animating complex concepts to simplify and communicate ideas effectively Conducting user research and testing for UI/UX projects Developing wireframes, prototypes, and task flows based on user needs Designing mood boards, comps, concept sketches, presentation decks, and style guides for both static and animated content Partner with management consultants to understand business requirements and ensure projects meet creative, strategic, and project objectives Undertake initiatives to scale both design and animation capabilities within the team Ensure all work communicates clearly, is on-brand, and leverages appropriate animation techniques to enhance engagement Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and animation Whom are we looking for: 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong focus on animation and motion graphics Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools) and other tools such as Figma Strong portfolio showcasing both UI/UX projects and animation/video work Experience in creating explainer videos, product demos, and interactive presentations Creative mind with business acumen and ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing animations Excellent communication skills and ability to present design and animation concepts to stakeholders BSc in Design, Animation, Computer Science, or a related field MBA or additional certification in UX design or animation will be preferred Passion for staying updated with the latest trends in both UI/UX and animation technologies Where are we hiring Bangalore or Pune,
