Job Description

As a QA Executive (Manual + Automation Testing) at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our services and products. You will be responsible for developing and executing test scenarios, monitoring test scripts, identifying defects, and implementing necessary actions to maintain quality assurance standards. Your technical background will be essential in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with CXOs, architects, and developers to build innovative customer experiences. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. It is imperative that you have a continuous real work experience without any career gaps and a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Additionally, having experience with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is necessary. Your proficiency in API testing, SQL, Agile/Scrum development, and automated testing tools will be highly valued. Your professional skills should include the ability to perform load/performance testing, exploratory testing, and maintenance of the testing framework. You will collaborate with developers and testers to ensure the delivery of a quality product. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position.
