Job Description
- As an Automation Tester with expertise in ERP testing and proficiency in the Eggplant tool, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our software applications through comprehensive testing strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing automated test scripts, conducting ERP testing to validate system functionalities and integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather testing requirements, analyzing test results, reporting defects, and tracking issues to resolution. Additionally, you will maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks as necessary. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in automation testing, be proficient in using Eggplant or similar automation tools, possess strong knowledge of ERP systems and testing methodologies, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and preferably have experience working in agile methodologies. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration are also essential. Preferred skills for this position include familiarity with other automation tools and frameworks, experience in performance testing and load testing, relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB), and a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically with automation and ERP testing.
