Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
    Greet and engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and positive experience from the first point of contact.
  • Product Consultation:
    Provide detailed and compelling descriptions of products, emphasizing their features, benefits, and value, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Client Needs Assessment:
    Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and solutions that match their specific requirements.
  • Query Resolution:
    Address customer queries promptly and effectively via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Sales Assistance:
    Guide customers through the purchase process, offering expert advice and assisting in making confident buying decisions.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
    Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Wooden Streets diverse range of products and fostering new business relationships.
  • CRM Utilization & Follow-Ups:
    Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuous engagement with prospects using CRM software.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work effectively within a dynamic team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting team success.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Provide exceptional service with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Other Duties:
    Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the management to support business growth and operational needs.
