Responsibilities:
Managing home loan sales, sourcing leads, and developing sales strategies
Collaborate with Channels, DSA and connectors to bring business
Advising customers on home loans, explaining products, and building relationships. Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, brokers, and banks throughout the loan application process.
Processing loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Accurately log files into the appropriate Banks/NBFC
Persuade banks to provide the desired funding by presenting compelling loan proposals
Analyze loan application documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Act as a bridge between customers, brokers, and banks, addressing any queries or concerns that may arise.
Recommending other products to customers, such as PL, BT AND OD.
Working to meet sales targets and ensuring timely renewal of business.
End to end follow-up until payouts and disbursements
Skills and Requirements:
Experienced in HL/LAP background and channel management.
Should have a market connection in the area.
