Job Title: Senior Application Engineer

Role: Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Essential Requirements (Must Have):

• At least 7 years relevant experience delivering large scale ServiceNow engagements in a Service Provider environment.
• Experience in utilizing & creating REST APIs within ServiceNow to connect to external tools.
• Intermediate to expert level experience in JavaScript
• Well versed in creating, configuring, and maintaining data sources, LDAP and transform maps.
• Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator (current and verifiable).
• Be an experienced ServiceNow technical development consultant specializing in core platform functionality with ITSM.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivation with ability to work in a remote environment on either CST or EST time zones.
• Positive, collaborative working style with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client service.

• Flow designer experience.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Application Developer (current) or ITSM Implementation Specialist.
