Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - CRM to join our team at HouseEazy, with 6-8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
Design and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM metrics.
Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and support.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Strong understanding of customer relationship principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
