Product Design Associate @ Momagic Technologies

Job Description

About the Role:
Were looking for a passionate and driven Product Associate to join our fast-growing gaming team. You will work closely with product managers, designers and developers to shape next-gen play-to-earn (P2E) experiences. If youre enthusiastic about crypto, gaming, and delivering innovative mobile/web products, wed love to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end product lifecycle: research, roadmap, design, development, and launch
Analyse user behaviour, market trends, and competitor P2E mechanics to shape product features
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ship high-quality features on time
Create and maintain product documentation, user stories, and feature specs
Support data-driven decision-making using user analytics and KPIs

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering (B. Tech/BE); MBA is a strong plus
1-3 years of experience in product management, app design, or related fields
Familiarity with blockchain technology, NFTs, wallets, and crypto ecosystems
Understanding of mobile or web-based gaming UX/UI flows
Strong analytical and communication skills
Comfortable using tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
