About the position:

Join the core technical team behind Scalefusion, OneIdP, and Veltar platforms trusted by IT teams worldwide. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, youll work on real-world enterprise challenges across device management, identity, access, and security.

This is a hands-on, problem-solving role involving scripting, feature testing, and deep technical analysis across multiple platforms.

This is a full-time on-site role based out of our office in Viman Nagar, Pune, India.

What youll do:

• Troubleshooting device, OS, and identity-level issues across Windows, Android, iOS, macOS, and Linux
• Writing PowerShell, Bash, and JSON scripts to simulate IT environments and automate tasks
• Testing new features, replicating customer use cases, and working closely with product and engineering teams
• Working across platforms like MDM, IAM, Conditional Access, and remote management

• Interest in scripting, operating systems, and system security
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Willingness to learn and work across diverse technologies
• Exposure to PowerShell/Bash/JSON is a plus
