Role Overview

We are seeking a Developer/Senior Developer - Java to join our high-performing engineering team. This role involves developing scalable backend systems, implementing enterprise-grade solutions, and ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust Java-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  
• Optimize application performance, including API design and data processing logic.
  

System Integration & Architecture

• Collaborate with architects and senior developers on low-level and high-level designs.
  
• Work with APIs, database queries, and system components to ensure seamless integration.
  

Engineering Excellence

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and contribute to improving software engineering standards.
  

Requirements

2-4 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.

Solid understanding of OOPs, Data Structures, Multithreading, and Design Patterns.

Experience in REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure is a plus).

Exposure to version control systems like Git and build tools like Maven/Gradle.

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, and DevOps practices.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
