Job Description
- Design and Planning: Creating detailed plans and specifications for construction projects using computer-aided design (CAD) and other modeling tools.
- Project Management: Overseeing all phases of a project, from initial planning to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Construction Supervision: Ensuring that construction activities adhere to the approved plans and specifications, and that safety standards are maintained.
- Site Investigations and Analysis: Conducting site assessments, soil tests, and other investigations to gather data for project planning and design.
- Risk Assessment: Identifying potential hazards and developing mitigation strategies for construction projects.
