Qs & Billing Engineer @ Lansum Properties

Job Description

Note: The selected candidate will undergo 20+ days of software training before being assigned to the Chevella site for further responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and prepare bills for contractors and subcontractors.
  
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement, estimation, and rate analysis.
  
• Ensure accurate preparation of billings, including contractor billing and subcontractor billing.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues related to quantity surveying.
  
• Maintain records of all transactions and updates.
• ERP Knowlege is Mandatory.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) engineering or a related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of Billing Engineering, Estimation Engineering, Sub Contractor Billing, Boq Preparation, Quantity Estimation, and Contractor Billing.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.
