ROLE OVERVIEW Shiprocket is seeking experienced and strategic Key Account Management with a strong warehouse or logistics background. This role is integral in managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while leveraging supply chain efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to define account strategies, service offerings, and sales targets that align with the company s goals.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze account performance metrics and warehouse operations to identify trends, optimize processes, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and address any issues that may arise.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work proactively to expand service offerings and revenue.
Training and Leadership: Lead and mentor the KAM team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience in key account management, sales, or logistics, with a preferred background in warehouse operations.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
