Role Overview


Were looking for a dynamic and well-rounded Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Enterprise team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and technology, combined with a data-driven approach to client management and growth. This role demands both strategic thinking and execution skills, as youll be deeply involved in driving new product initiatives as well as account growth through upsell and cross-sell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients; serve as the single point of contact for all operational, strategic, and product-related conversations.
  • Client Strategy & Growth: Drive revenue expansion through proactive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning Shiprockets offerings.
  • Product Co-Development: Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Ops teams to contribute to new feature development, solution design, and client-specific customizations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use Excel/Google Sheets and internal dashboards to analyze shipping performance, identify improvement areas, and generate actionable insights.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key account metrics including delivery performance, RTO rates, NDR resolutions, and SLA adherence.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure quick, coordinated resolution of issues by working cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Client Success: Own client onboarding, training, and long-term success journey to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 36 years in Key Account Management, preferably in logistics, eCommerce, SaaS, or supply chain technology.

Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of logistics, last-mile delivery, fulfillment workflows, and shipping technology.
