We are currently seeking applications for the role of Manager - Sr. Integration Consultant, Supply Chain Consulting. As an Integration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in integrating and configuring Rapid Response to ensure the success of our clients. Your responsibilities will include meeting with clients to understand their business requirements, collaborating with Solution Architects and Consultants to design solutions and project plans, configuring Rapid Response analytics and data models, mapping and validating client data, resolving complex data and analytic configurations, customizing supply chain solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following qualifications: - Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain management, management information systems, or a relevant technical field; or equivalent work experience - Detailed understanding of the software development life cycle and experience with data modeling, query building, and analytics - Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of functional supply chain and planning processes, ERP/MRP systems, and capacity planning - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, systems integration, and ETL tools like Informatica and Talend - Familiarity with JDBC, multi-threading, MVC frameworks, Spring, JSP, Servlets, HTML, XML, or JavaScript - Functional knowledge of supply chain or after-sales service operations - Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to contribute to a team environment - Ability to prioritize tasks, excel in a fast-paced setting, and maintain a high level of client focus - Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow If you are passionate about supply chain consulting and have the skills and qualifications we are looking for, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
