Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in BPO hiring, strong sourcing skills, and the flexibility to travel to vendor and partner locations for recruitment drives, coordination, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the BPO industry (voice, non-voice, technical, and support roles).
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and vendor partnerships.
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment drives at vendor locations or partner premises.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment vendors to ensure a consistent and high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidate fitment.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
  • Represent the organization professionally at recruitment events and vendor meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BPO or staffing industry.
  • Experience working with recruitment vendors and managing third-party sourcing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring for both voice and non-voice BPO roles.
  • Knowledge of local labor market and recruitment trends.
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring and bulk recruitment drives.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office-based with regular travel to partner/vendor locations.
  • May require working flexible hours during peak hiring periods.
