Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Head Fulfillment Centre to lead and manage fulfillment and warehousing operations across the North & East regions. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing supply chain processes, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring achievement of key business metrics across multiple fulfillment centers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Provide end-to-end leadership across warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and last-mile delivery operations.
- Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and standards to ensure high warehouse productivity, order fulfillment efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance cost efficiency and service quality.
Sales & Regional Account Management
- Own and nurture key regional sales accounts; ensure SLA adherence, profitability, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Monitor account health and customer satisfaction; initiate corrective actions to address service gaps or churn risks.
Warehouse & Fulfillment Excellence
- Lead warehouse operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain 100% stock accuracy, reduce shrinkage, and optimize inventory turnover and carrying costs.
- Continuously evaluate performance metrics and drive operational improvements.
Financial & Performance Management
- Manage full P&L responsibility for regional fulfillment operations.
- Control costs and ensure budget compliance while driving margin improvement.
- Track, analyze, and report on operational, sales, and fulfillment KPIs.
- Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or logistics, with 5+ years in a senior leadership/director role.
- Demonstrated expertise in warehouse operations, regional account management, and fulfillment strategy.
- Strong proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and e-commerce logistics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead large teams across multiple geographies and deliver high performance
