Job Description
What you can expect in the role:
- Working with Agile methodology
- Participation in all scrum ceremonies
- Execution of STLC from Requirement analysis to Test execution
- Learn new tools and technologies
- Provide Test status updates
- Own peer reviews,demos
- Interaction with client and other stakeholders as required.
- Define Test plan identification,strategy definition,estimations
- Mentorship to Jrs.
- Coordinate different Test phases

- Good in communication and soft skills
- Should be a team player
- Deliver as per committed timelines.
- Should work on improving the quality of bugs findings.
- Be on top of all required technology, tools and processes
- Timely and well articulated status updates and escalations
- Thorough requirement analysis,and even enhancement suggestions
- Should be able to come up with Test plan, Estimations, Strategy with support from studio
- Guide and Mentor jr in the project
- Take accountability of QA deliverables
- Set QA process, Provide complete visibility and collaboration in test case design.
- Should strive to deliver with Quality
- Proficient in all of the platforms (Web,Mobile,API) testing and can execute independently
- Proven ability to communicate cross-functionally, and to seek out information when required
- Strong understanding of SQA methodologies and practices
- Coordinate SIT/UAT.
- Manage and work in collaborations with your own team or other teams.
- Should be well versed with Test Case management tools,defect tracking tools,CI-CD
- Should be well versed with Agile Methodologies
- Should have basic knowledge of DB testing
- Should have the ability to quickly make sense of a situation, determine what is important,adjust the priorities, make a decision , and act on it.
- Should be open to learn new Automation tools/languages,different emerging test practices
- Should focus and good at Leadership,Group Coordination,Client Orientation,Problem Analysis and Solving
- Should be able to handle Conflicts
- Should strive to understand in depth domain and Business Vision
- Should be proficient in any Automation tool/language,and open to learn different emerging test practices
