Job Description
- As a C# Web and Mobile Developer at a leading software solutions company based in Hamburg, Germany, you will be part of a full-time remote opportunity with excellent growth prospects. Working directly with the team in Germany, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web and mobile applications using C#, .NET, and Xamarin, eventually transitioning to .NET MAUI. Your role will involve implementing database integration and management using Entity Framework, as well as developing and integrating APIs and RESTful services to ensure seamless functionality across platforms. Additionally, you will contribute to front-end development tasks, leveraging JavaScript and modern frameworks, while utilizing Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and efficient application deployment. Managing and optimizing data storage and retrieval using SQLite and MySQL databases, and optimizing application performance to deliver high-quality user experiences will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Collaboration with an international team to achieve technical and business objectives effectively, as well as creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation for all developed solutions, will also be key components of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have 3-5 years of experience, with expertise in C#, .NET, Xamarin (transitioning to .NET MAUI), APIs, RESTful services, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes, SQLite, MySQL databases, and Entity Framework for database operations. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering or a related field is required, along with proven experience in C# development with .NET technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, are essential qualifications for this role.
