Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Travel Executive with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in managing corporate travel for the North America and UK markets. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of visa and immigration requirements, travel compliance, flight and hotel bookings, and vendor management. The role requires working independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders operating in the US Eastern Time zone (EST) to ensure seamless travel planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and book domestic and international travel for employees and stakeholders, primarily focused on the US and UK regions. Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, ground transportation, and travel insurance in line with company policy and budget. Handle visa and immigration documentation, appointment scheduling, and compliance processes for the US and UK markets. Serve as a point of contact for real-time travel support, including itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergency assistance. Liaise and negotiate with travel vendors (e.g., airlines, hotels, & car rentals) to ensure quality and cost-effective services. Ensure compliance with internal corporate travel policies and external legal/regulatory requirements. Maintain and update travel records, documentation, reports, and traveler profiles in the internal systems. Partner with finance and HR to facilitate travel reimbursements, travel expense audits, and approvals. Monitor travel trends and suggest improvements to travel processes, cost savings, and service delivery. Maintain a high level of service and responsiveness during US EST business hours. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. 6 to 8 years of experience in corporate travel management, especially handling US and UK travel. Familiarity with travel booking tools (e.g., Concur or similar). Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across global teams. Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities. High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight timelines. Ability to work independently and during US Eastern Time zone (EST) to support global teams. Preferred Experience: Experience working in a shared services or global capability center (GCC) environment. Exposure to remote coordination with international stakeholders. Knowledge of corporate travel risk management and incident response protocols. Work Schedule & Time Zone: This role is expected to work in alignment with US Eastern Standard Time (EST). Typical working hours: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday).
