We are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager for our growing team in India
Your Responsibilities:
- The core responsibility of this role is to program manage consulting engagements end-to-end.
- Involve in SAP implementations, rollouts and support programs for different industry domain like Automotive, Retail, FMCG, LSP, etc.
- Strong experience in SAP Activate
- Manage all aspects of the Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery, including project plan preparation, review, and monitoring (with assistance from practice leads).
- Have control and maintain project costs/ margin aligned with the set expectations by managing the resources.
- Provide PM reports to various stakeholders as required, covering utilization, cost, deliverables etc.
- identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation plans
- Effective communications across stake holders related to the projects managed.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met as per the agreed guidelines.
- Help manage, grow and mentor SAP consulting team for their technical and personality development.
- Indirect responsibility to drive revenue growth for existing customer by understanding their business pain points and recommending potential solutions.
- Open for short travels (domestic/ international) based on project needs.
Your Experience and Skills:
- 15-20+ years professional experience with relevant experience on 10 years of strong exposure to SAP project delivery.
- Should have worked on medium to large transformation projects (60-100 resources)
- Should have worked on SAP migration projects (ECC - HANA or SAP cloud solution)
- Agile knowledge explicitly though it may be apart of Activate.
- Planning and tracking Tools including CALM or equivalent tools can be included.
- Knowledge of cutover steps is required so that they can cover in the overall project/program plan
- Should be able to run program independently.
- Should have experience in estimation as well as pre-sales.
- Strong experience in SAP Consulting and project management (Planning to project closure).
- Ability to demonstrate high energy, integrity, and track record of exceeding performance expectations.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication.
- Team management experience to guide individual consultants as well as collaborate with local and global team.
- Delivered multiple SAP projects in the areas of Digital core technology, Supply chain planning and execution.
- Ability to review and validate estimations (efforts/ cost).
- Globally recognized project management certification is desired.
- Resource planning.
- Proactive to identify potential risks/ its mitigation plan.
- Good exposure on project governance reporting
