Role - Functional Consultant - SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Role & responsibilities

• Worked on atleast 1 S4H E2E implementation.
• Good understanding of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes.
• Experience in creation of Master Data i.e., Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc.
• Design and implement SAP EWM solutions to meet client requirements, including configuration, customization, and testing.
• Worked on picking stategies, worked on defining storage areas, storage bins and manging them. Familiar with interfacing and RFI as well as SAP console to perform transactions on bar coding/HU. Worked on batch management and cross docking process.
• Integrate EWM Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)
• Experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services) with SAP and non SAP systems. Experience in SAP - MES integration and other production planning tools will be added advantage.
• Worked on put-away strategies with POSC and LOSC set-up
